What we collect

When you use the Content Scorecard or the book-a-call form, we collect what you type in: your name, business, email, phone number if you give it, your budget, what you need, and your scorecard answers and score.

Why we use it

To send you your action plan, reply to your enquiry and talk to you about photography and video for your business. We use it because you asked us to (your consent) and because it is in our legitimate interest to reply to business enquiries. We never sell your details or pass them to anyone else to market to you.

Where it is kept

Your details are stored securely in our website and contacts system, provided by Wix. We keep them for up to two years after we last speak, unless you become a client, when we keep what we need for our records.

Cookies and analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics cookies to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are visited and where visitors came from. They are only set if you click Accept on the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Email ben@vizaronmedia.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
